We have been working with Lennox & Addington County General Hospital since 2015! Wow, that’s a while!
Our second client in Ontario. Always had a vision, always wanting to do just a wee bit more. And have they done that? In spades!
On our latest Ontario visit, we had the pleasure of a catch up meet with the team. As Marie-France Paradis RD, Manager Clerical Services & Clinical Informatics explained, the system works well and as we can see, the stats speak for themselves.
80% of patients use the kiosks to check in for both OPD and Emerg. That’s impressive.
All the registration clerks use Clarity, supporting the 10% of patients who don’t automatically clear all the requirements for a successful check-in to MEDITECH.
Lennox were an early adopter of both the Savience Reminder Service and the Savience Survey module. Both have worked to perfection.
Patients receive interactive SMS, voice, or email reminders. The team back at the L&A monitor the responses, ensuring that clinics know who is attending, who is cancelling and vitally, who is wanting to re-schedule.
The Savience Survey module provided essential support during the pandemic and continues to do so, providing essential screening and vaccination booking capability to the L&A.
The team are now moving forward with their next challenge. Nothing major! Just a migration from MEDITECH to Cerner!
