George Eliot go live
1 min read
George Eliot Hospital in Nuneaton have gone live with their deployment of Savience Clarity.
This will provide patents with an automated reception area, supported by a range of wall and floor mounted kiosks. Patient call is a key part of the deployment, enabling patients to relax in their waiting areas or in the coffee shop.
Integration with the hospital PAS system, Lorenzo, was key to delivering the anticipated benefits of the project. The technical teams from Savience and George Eliot worked together to reach a successful outcome. Patient’s mobile numbers are now gathered at the kiosk and automatically updated into Lorenzo as a result of this collaboration. As well as improving data quality, the hospital is now able to push forward with their automated reminder service. All part of the local quality initiative.
