Western Health & Social Care Trust upgrade

The Western Health and Social Care Trust has placed orders for a range of additional services from Savience.
These will form part of the upgrade programme initiated by Western, delivering the latest version of Savience Clarity (Clarity 2018) to the hospital sites at Enniskillen, Altnagelvin and Omagh.
Clarity 2018 enables past, current and future appointments to be viewed by users, and the status of the patient reminders to be monitored – when they are due to be sent and when they have been sent. The Trust has ordered both the Savience Reminder service and the electronic Clinic Outcome Forms module to take advantage of these new features.
